- A Few Things -

This restored landmark hotel reopened in March, 2013 after a 7 year renovation and has been making headlines ever since. Nestled in the hills of California, El Encanto overlooks the town of Santa Babara and the Pacific Ocean below. The property is full of history, having served as an escape for guests such as John Kennedy Jr., Franklin Roosevelt, Gwen Stefani and Leonardo DiCaprio, amongst others. The hotel worked to preserve this history by maintaining some of the original highlights of the old El Encanto, such as the Lily Pond and the Arbor. Even the wisteria vines originate from the hotel's old glory days. It doesn't get more low key luxury than El Encanto, and based on the hotel's success in recent months we're convinced this property will be just as legendary as its former self.
